Nonviolence and conscious living are two different concepts that share some common goals. Nonviolence seeks to win friendship and understanding. The end result of nonviolence is redemption and reconciliation. The purpose of nonviolence is the creation of the Beloved Community.

Conscious living refers to a lifestyle that is mindful of one’s impact on the environment and other people. It involves making choices that are sustainable and ethical, such as reducing waste, using renewable energy sources, and supporting local businesses.
